On 4 April, our partners Breno Garbois and Flavia Melo attended the Chambers Rio de Janeiro Forum 2023 – Powering the Future: The Paths for Sustainable Transition. The event was held for the first time in Rio de Janeiro and was hosted by Mateus Monteiro, Head of Brazil Research. Panelists discussed the impact of sustainability goals on the future of the Brazilian energy market, addressing issues such as decarbonisation, renewables, the carbon credit market and the efficient use of Brazil’s oil and gas reserves.
