Clarissa Damiani is an expert in Civil Procedural Law, boasting almost 20 years of experience with leading law firms. Her experience includes both litigation and arbitration, and she has represented Brazilian and international clients across various civil and commercial law matters, such as contracts, corporate disputes, property rights, and real estate, among others.<\/p>\n

She specialises in complex non-contentious matters and has focused her practice in key areas of the economy, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, shipping, logistics, construction, and infrastructure, dealing mainly with EPCs and construction contracts.<\/p>\n
