Iasmim is a member of the Maritime SheEO Community, an associate of WISTA Brazil, and a member of the Insurance and Reinsurance Commission of the Rio de Janeiro Section of the Brazilian Bar Association. Believing that the practice of law extends beyond the office, Iasmim also serves as a delegate on the Commission of Defence, Assistance and Prerogatives at OABRJ. She is also a member of the Advocacia Preta Carioca (APC), which promotes networking and career development opportunities for its members.
