Felipe Mesquita is a lawyer specialised in Procedural Law (Civil Litigation and Arbitration), with experience in Maritime Law. He started his career in Administrative Law but developed a legal passion with the sea when he began working on disputes in the context of shipping contracts related to cargo and containers.
He also has experience in different insolvency procedures (Judicial Recovery, Extrajudicial Recovery, and Bankruptcy).
Currently, he is part of the Garbois+Melo team, working on strategic disputes in the context of Maritime Law.
In addition, he has academic affinity and is interested in Intellectual Property, being a member of the Fashion Law Committee of OAB/RJ.
Felipe is passionate about the beach, music, and literature.
