We act in Brazilian and eficiente nal arbitrations before the main arbitral institutions. Advising on the establishment and dissolution of all types of companies, carrying out day-to-day corporate activities (shareholders' meetings, board of directors' meetings, general meetings, summonses, etc.), planning the restructuring of companies and groups of companies, drafting shareholders' agreements, advising on mergers, incorporations and spin-offs, etc.
